As we adjust to the new normal, we may have to try a few different things to see what works best for everyone. Calling or texting for appointments was fairly popular, but it meant we often had to take time away from clients and customers, and so we're going to revert to a reliable method of ensuring we don't have too many people in our sales.

Instead of calling ahead, we're going to have sign-up sheets at the entrance.

First come, first served. Just leave your name with our team-member at the door. If you leave a number, we can text you when your turn is coming up.

Hello friends. We've missed you.

As businesses begin to reopen it’s important that we all take the appropriate measures to ensure that we remain safe and healthy.  For that reason, as we slowly and cautiously resume operations, we're making the following changes to the way we do business and we're setting the following requirements in place:

  • We're limiting the number of people in our sales. This does mean that there will be some waiting to enter.

  • Please sign-up at the entrance to the home and then you can wait in your car and we can text you when it's clear to come in.  Or wait outside the house, 2 metres apart from one another.

  • We are all required to wear a protective mask.

  • Public health officials have suggested hand cleaning over wearing gloves. Hand sanitizer will be provided at the door for your arrival and exit.

  • We are only able to accept cash (no coins) or Interac Transfer.

  • Please be very certain about your purchases. We are unable to take returns.

  • Washroom facilities are unavailable.

  • If you have any questions regarding the availability of an item in our email, please send a text to 613-276-2452 or an email to mary.shay@sympatico.ca.

We are living in trying times and we continue to follow the direction of public health officials. That guidance continues to evolve and we’ll advise you of further changes by email and on our site.

We are looking forward to seeing our friends again but want to make sure that everyone stays safe and healthy.

Mary
