COVID-19 UPDATE: We remain committed to our customers, our team members, our communities and you as we continue to monitor events surrounding COVID-19. The Abraxas priorities have always been to keep employees and customers safe, and we continue to follow health recommendations issued. We look forward to a time when we can go back to business as usual, but for the time being, given the current restrictions and our commitment to maintaining the safety of our customers and staff, no customers are allowed inside the home. we have decided to proceed with a curbside pick-up only sale.

Each photo has a card with a number or letter on it as shown below and the price list has the prices to match those numbers. Then just call or text Mary at 613-276-2452 to arrange your time for curbside pickup and to provide a name and contact information. Please don’t email, we'll only be answering calls and texts.


To pay for your purchases:


In order to purchase an item, you will be required to send an e-transfer to in advance of your pick-up. Cash will be considered in some circumstances.


To pick up your purchases:


When you arrange purchase, we will provide the address and a designated pick-up time. At your designated time your items will be placed in front of the location.


Pickup times are:


May 8: Wednesday 10:00am to 8:00pm

May 9: Thursday 4:30pm to 7:30pm

May 10: Friday 1:00pm to 7:00pm

May 11: Saturday 10:am to 6:00pm


Important information:


Please bring your own help for assistance with loading. Absolutely no one will be allowed inside the house. There will be an opportunity for purchasers of the ride-on tractor and some power tools to ensure that these items are operable. All the household appliances are presently in working order. Delivery is available at an additional cost. Buyer beware that all sales are final, items are sold as-is, most items have not been tested or thoroughly inspected, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

Our buyers are asked to notify or call 613-276-2452 if they are unable to comply with their commitment on their purchases due to health.


It’s important that we all take the appropriate measures to ensure that we remain safe and healthy.
We continue to follow the direction of public health officials. That guidance continues to evolve and we’ll advise you of further changes by email and on our site. Our team will be taking extra care at this time to maintain both their safety and yours.
