• We love seeing you but please don't come early.

• We can't allow entry to the home or sell items until the official start time.

• We cannot answer emails or texts or provide price lists before sales begin.

• First come, first served. Some sales have a sign-up sheet.

• Please bring indoor footwear and take your street footwear off to protect the home. 

• No food or drinks in the homes please.

• No washroom facilities are available.

• Terms are cash and E-transfer (Over $10)

• Delivery is available at an additional cost.

• All sales are final, all items are sold as-is, items have not been tested or thoroughly inspected, and no refunds will be issued.

• Buyers are asked to notify mary.shay@sympatico.ca or call 613-276-2452 if they are unable to comply with their commitment to their purchases due to health.
